This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the Information Services Requests Process alongside Operational Partners.

• Drive the identification and documentation of business requirements along with desired outcomes.

• Convert business requirements into technical system and functional specifications.

• Link IT-related project deliverables to business outcomes effectively.

• Collect artifacts for Security Risk and Vendor Security Assessments, which includes creating workflow and data flow diagrams.

• Execute remediation for identified risks through collaboration with others.

• Guide contracts with Information Services considerations through the Corporate Legal process.

• Oversee and manage projects to ensure completion within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.

• Communicate project status updates both verbally and in writing to project teams and stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between operational partners and Information Services teams.

• Facilitate and lead meetings effectively.

• Assist in the establishment of disaster recovery plans and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 10 years of experience is required in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is necessary.

• 10+ years of experience may be considered in place of a Bachelor's degree.

• Preferred experience includes ServiceNow (APM), Windows, Linux, Microsoft Suite, Azure, SOC, vendor management, and on-prem to cloud migration.

• Travel is required either rarely or not at all.
