Business Analyst – Investment & Corporate Banking, inglés avanzado

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements

• Develop detailed functional designs to integrate the system with existing source systems

• Define business processes and data flows, ensuring accurate traceability of information

• Identify and document the data sources necessary for the solution

• Collaborate effectively with business, technology teams, and the Chief Data Office (CDO)

• Document functional system configurations and assist in defining solutions

• Participate in analysis, refinement, and validation sessions with stakeholders

• Ensure that requirements meet business needs and project standards

• Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects

• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements

• Experience in functional system design

• Experience in functional documentation

• Experience in defining business processes

• Previous experience in the banking industry

• Knowledge of Investment Banking

• Knowledge of Corporate Banking

• Advanced English C1 (essential)

• Experience in defining Credit Risk metrics, ideally in Leveraged Finance

• Knowledge in regulatory or financial dashboards

• Experience working with CDO (Chief Data Office) teams or Data departments

• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies)

• Reside in Spain and hold a valid work visa
