📋 Description

• Recognize business necessities, evaluate requirements, and suggest solutions to enhance business processes and operations.

• Assess and document existing business processes while pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.

• Create business analyses driven by data.

• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Collect and record business requirements from stakeholders.

• Collaborate with functional teams, the Enterprise PMO, and the business systems team on essential initiatives.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to guide business strategies.

• Uphold Granicus's mission of linking governments and residents through cloud-based digital solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree or interest in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a similar discipline.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, including proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel.

• Strong written communication skills, with experience in PowerPoint.

• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to present concepts and make informed recommendations.

• Ability to collaborate across functions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.

• Responsible for safeguarding the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of company information assets.

• Accountable for ensuring data privacy and completing necessary privacy training.
