Business Analyst, Intermediate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and implementation of partner onboarding and integration initiatives.

• Perform readiness evaluations, create enablement strategies and engagement plans, and facilitate operational transitions.

• Assess business requirements, processes, and opportunities for modernization and simplification in case management.

• Aid in the development and refinement of the CMP roadmap by analyzing priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, outcomes, and objectives.

• Conduct research, perform business analysis, and carry out strategic assessments.

• Create decision papers, strategic viewpoints, leadership briefings, recommendations, governance documents, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and communication products.

• Convert complex technical, program, risk, and dependency information into clear, actionable insights.

• Facilitate business value realization by evaluating and communicating benefits, impacts, outcomes, and investment effects.

• Keep governance artifacts, action logs, and decision-support documentation up to date.

• Relay program updates, risks, dependencies, and key outcomes to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Business Process Analysis/Design.

• Familiarity with Business Transformation, Business Model Strategy, and Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development within intricate organizational contexts.

• Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement, Facilitation, and Executive Communication abilities.

• Background in supporting Change Enablement, Partner Readiness, and organizational adoption efforts.

• Expertise in Performance Reporting, data analysis, and the creation of insights, presentations, and recommendations.

• Strong Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and analytical capabilities.

• Understanding of Project Management principles, including planning, coordination, risk management, dependency management, and delivery support.

• Experience in Benefits Realization, Value Measurement, and Value & Benefit Identification.

• Reliability or a higher level security clearance is required at the time of application.

• Preference will be given to candidates who possess or are eligible for a secret clearance.
