Business Analyst III – Contact Center Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and interpretation to connect business needs and objectives for the designated function.

• Assist business initiatives through data analysis, recognizing implementation challenges, and user acceptance testing of systems.

• Identify and evaluate user requirements, procedures, and issues to enhance existing processes.

• Execute thorough analysis on various projects, propose potential business solutions, and ensure effective implementations.

• Discover ways to improve performance management and operational reports associated with new business implementation processes.

• Collaborate with business units and departments in creating and delivering training programs.

• Develop, disseminate, and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Diagnose issues and recognize opportunities for process redesign and enhancement.

• Formulate and revise departmental policies and procedures.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the assigned function product to guarantee operational performance.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience in supporting contract administration, procurement, compliance, or vendor management activities, including contract review, drafting assistance, tracking approvals, and ensuring timely execution of agreements is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance programs, ideally including Section 1557, healthcare operations, or other regulatory environments necessitating policy interpretation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 4–6 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Project management experience is preferred.
