Business Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary functional resource for the school's Slate CRM system and associated communication workflows.

• Proactively manage intricate user support and troubleshoot issues related to systems, data, and workflows.

• Implement campaigns and fulfill reporting requests efficiently.

• Lead CRM projects and initiatives for process enhancement from gathering requirements to testing, implementation, launch, and post-launch support.

• Convert business requirements into CRM configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user practices.

• Suggest, implement, document, and sustain approved CRM processes, standards, workflows, and operational enhancements.

• Offer guidance, mentorship, and training to users and junior team members.

• Assess data flows, identify inconsistencies across systems, and execute solutions that enhance data integrity and reporting.

• Assist in achieving enrollment and school communication goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.

• Four years of progressive professional experience in data analysis, CRM administration, system configuration, reporting, technical administration, customer support, communications operations, or related roles within an enrollment-focused, higher education, or similarly complex setting.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, enrollment technologies, data management, reporting tools, and/or email communication platforms.

• Experience acting as a functional or technical subject-matter expert.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into CRM configurations, queries, reports, dashboards, workflow modifications, or operational solutions.

• Capability to independently analyze and resolve intricate CRM, data, system, and workflow issues.

• Skill in managing projects with minimal oversight, encompassing requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, testing, implementation, issue resolution, and post-launch support.

• Competence in evaluating data flows and enhancing data integrity, consistency, and downstream reporting.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Preferred: experience with Slate Deliver campaigns, audience segmentation, SQL, query-building tools, APIs, file-based integrations, HTML/CSS, multi-step communication journeys, reports, dashboards, and CRM-related data flows.
