Business Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect and document project requirements

• Create and evaluate “current state” and “future state” business process diagrams

• Develop functional specifications for various projects

• Analyze moderately complex projects regarding size, scope, and objectives

• Attain expertise in assigned applications

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to maximize business value from IT solutions

• Create and execute functional testing and training programs

• Assist in recognizing customer needs and delivering exceptional customer service

• Provide support to end users

• Collaborate with software vendors to resolve technical challenges

• Ensure adherence to Sonoco IT standards in all activities

• Promote safe work practices in assigned projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in ERP

• Familiarity with Radius ERP is a plus

• Understanding of the Flexibles business sector

• Occasional travel may be necessary
