This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate business requirements concerning Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and testing scenarios.

• Conduct testing activities and confirm results to guarantee they meet business expectations.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead feedback sessions with stakeholders.

• Create documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations related to Q2C/O2C.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and propose effective solutions.

• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and successful project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a comparable role.

• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

• Proficient in SAP and its functionalities in relation to Q2C/O2C.

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and various testing methodologies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices is preferred.

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
