Business Analyst III, Provider Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses and interpretations to connect business needs and objectives within the assigned function.

• Assist business initiatives through data analysis, identify barriers to implementation, and carry out user acceptance testing.

• Identify and assess user requirements, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing processes.

• Evaluate multiple projects, propose business solutions, and ensure effective implementations.

• Improve performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes.

• Collaborate with business units and departments to create and deliver training programs.

• Develop, communicate, and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Diagnose issues and pinpoint opportunities for process redesign and enhancement.

• Formulate and revise departmental policies and procedures.

• Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned function product.

• Travel as necessary.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 4–6 years of experience in business process or data analysis.

• Healthcare experience is preferred.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• Ability to travel as needed.
