Data Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

• Provide actionable insights

• Facilitate institutional decision-making

• Design, develop, and sustain data models, transformations, and reusable data structures

• Integrate data from institutional, external, and emerging sources

• Convert reporting and analytical requirements into sustainable, well-documented data solutions

• Assist in modernizing the college’s data infrastructure

• Refine how data is structured, standardized, and made available for institutional purposes

• Report directly to the Executive Director of Data and Strategic Analytics

• Collaborate within Data and Strategic Analytics and other Technology Services teams

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data querying and modeling

• At least one year of experience with higher education data systems is preferred

• Experience with noncredit, workforce, or continuing education data is advantageous

• Proficiency in SQL is required

• Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages is a plus

• Familiarity with data warehousing and data integration concepts is essential
