Business Analyst II – Payment Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and interpretation to connect business needs and objectives for the designated function.

• Facilitate business initiatives through data analysis, recognizing implementation challenges, and conducting user acceptance testing for new systems.

• Identify and evaluate user requirements, processes, and issues to enhance existing procedures.

• Execute thorough analysis on assigned projects, propose business solutions, and assist in their implementation.

• Discover methods to improve performance management and operational reports linked to new business implementation processes.

• Create and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Lead problem-solving and coordination activities among various business units.

• Aid in the development and revision of departmental policies and procedures.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• For Payment Integrity: At least 2 years of experience in business process analysis, ideally in healthcare, or claims payment/analysis experience.

• Familiarity with managed care information systems is preferred.

• Experience in benefits, pricing, contracting, or claims is preferred.

• Understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies is preferred.

• Previous experience with structured testing is preferred.

• Project management experience is preferred.
