Business Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Review and monitor data reporting from both internal and external sources; identify and relay business requirements as needed.

• Assist in the development of forecasting tools utilizing current technologies and systems such as Access, Excel, Monarch, etc.

• Engage in various project workgroups, both internally and externally.

• Propose solutions derived from data analysis to enhance business efficiency.

• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to projects, implementations, system fixes, and enhancements.

• Prepare documentation for internal and external audit processes.

• Execute other pertinent tasks as directed by management.

• Conduct research and root cause analysis for customer inquiries.

• Aid in recommending and implementing new processes and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an operational role is required.

• Familiarity with the Healthcare industry is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.

• Excellent Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.

• Some travel may be necessary.

• Employees must reside in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Delaware.
