Business Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and interpretation to connect business needs and objectives for the designated function.

• Assist business initiatives by performing data analysis, identifying implementation challenges, and conducting user acceptance testing for new systems.

• Recognize and examine user requirements, procedures, and issues to enhance current processes.

• Execute thorough analysis on assigned projects.

• Suggest potential business solutions and support their implementation.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Proficiency in SQL editing and query manipulation is strongly preferred.

• Intermediate experience with Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP, is highly preferred.

• A background in claims is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in business process analysis or data analysis.

• Experience in project management is preferred.
