Business Analyst – Financial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage pay cycles for various Medicaid clients, ensuring prompt and precise payment processing.

• Confirm the accuracy of pay cycle data to ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, addressing issues swiftly to maintain operational continuity.

• Examine financial and payroll data to uncover trends, avert errors, and enhance efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive financial operations.

• Keep thorough documentation and reporting for audit and compliance needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years' experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or Medicaid, translating technical objectives and requirements into actionable solutions for clients.

• Strong skills in data analysis and resolving financial discrepancies.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple pay cycles concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• At least 6 months of experience with SQL Server, including proficiency in reading and writing queries for data validation and analysis.

• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends.

• A background in accounting is advantageous.

• Video cameras are required to be on during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.

• A photo will be taken during the screening for verification at all stages of the recruitment process.

• A stable internet connection and a quiet space for screenings, interviews, and meetings are essential.
