Business Analyst – CPQ, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to comprehend and document intricate pricing rules, product structures, and contract specifications.

• Analyze and map current and future product catalogs, encompassing both digital and physical products, bundles, hierarchies, and tiered pricing.

• Convert complex business requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria, including Given/When/Then scenarios.

• Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams to implement Salesforce CPQ and/or Enterprise Product Catalogue solutions.

• Partner with QA teams to create and manage complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test scenarios.

• Ensure that pricing calculations, product rules, and constraints function as intended.

• Serve as a liaison between commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst engaged with complex product and pricing catalogs within enterprise systems.

• Strong comprehension of CPQ, pricing logic, product hierarchies, bundles, and discount structures.

• Experience in analyzing, configuring, or managing Enterprise Product Catalogues.

• Salesforce CPQ+ and/or Salesforce Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) experience is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Extensive experience in UAT, testing, and requirements management.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, product, and technical teams.

• Experience in the Energy, Utilities, or Telecoms sectors would be a valuable asset.
