This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide continuous analytics and reporting assistance for a card portfolio, with a focus on a new card initiative.
• Gain insights into portfolio performance, business goals, and stakeholder requirements.
• Create, enhance, and sustain regular business reports and dashboards.
• Investigate data, assess results, and convert findings into clear business insights.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, identify trends, and recognize key drivers.
• Deliver findings through reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform inquiries and reporting needs into actionable analyses.
• Act as a trusted advisor, proactively spotting trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Assess and refine existing reports and reporting procedures.
• Streamline complex reporting into accessible formats for users.
• Identify chances to minimize manual efforts and enhance reporting consistency.
• Work together on reporting automation and process enhancements.
• Handle multiple requests and priorities while ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Convey analytical findings to both analytical and non-technical audiences.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and build credibility through dependable follow-through.
• Operate independently and escalate issues as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, card services, card operations, or a related field.
• Proficient in business reporting and analyzing quantitative data to uncover trends, performance drivers, and significant business implications.
• In-depth knowledge of payments, card services, card operations, or card portfolio management.
• Proven experience in developing, enhancing, and managing business reports.
• Familiarity with DataChoice, First Data, or Symitar is strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis.
• Ability to convert data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-driven productivity tools is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Robust problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work during Pacific or Mountain Time.
