Business Analyst – Business & Technology Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Independently collect, analyze, manage, and monitor requirements.

• Examine and comprehend the relevant business processes.

• Gather needs from user departments and suggest solutions that are in line with SAP best practices.

• Design solutions following the Standard First methodology.

• Assess new SAP functionalities and solutions.

• Prepare estimates for effort and timelines, and develop work plans accordingly.

• Configure solutions, conduct testing, and document all deliverables.

• Identify and evaluate gaps in relation to standard SAP functionalities, creating justifications and specifications as needed.

• Draft technical and functional specifications and supervise solution development.

• Analyze and resolve incidents and issues, including researching SAP Notes and submitting support tickets to SAP.

• Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment, validation, and approval of deliverables.

• Prepare and execute test plans and test cases, including unit and integration testing.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables and maintain documentation of supporting evidence.

• Suggest enhancements to the user experience through SAP solutions, including SAP BTP.

• Work with maintenance management and adopt agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SD, including FSCM – Credit Management, SAP TM, or SAP TD.

• Proficiency in gathering and managing requirements.

• Capability to work independently and handle requests from start to finish.

• Familiarity with SAP best practices.

• Experience utilizing SAP Solution Manager.

• Understanding of agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
