Business Analyst, B2+

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Support financial planning processes, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Conduct profitability analysis and financial variance assessments.

• Automate reporting and optimize data analysis processes.

• Consolidate and analyze data from various sources and business systems.

• Generate strategic reports for the Finance, Sales, and Operations departments.

• Present actionable information that supports business decision-making.

• Strengthen financial analysis processes, business intelligence, and strategic information generation.

• Collaborate across different areas of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, FP&A, reporting, or related areas.

• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis).

• Experience in KPI analysis and handling large volumes of information.

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability.

• Experience working with ERP systems and business databases.

• Advanced level of English (essential).

• Desired skills include SQL, DAX, data modeling, and automation of reporting and analytical processes.
