Business Analyst – Automation, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Actively engage in daily operations to acquire a comprehensive understanding of current processes, systems, and challenges.

• Analyze, organize, and document existing workflows and operational processes.

• Identify and prioritize tasks that are manual, repetitive, and suitable for automation.

• Develop and implement relevant automation and AI solutions.

• Incorporate new solutions into current processes and systems.

• Evaluate and measure the resulting enhancements in efficiency and reductions in workload.

• Continuously refine and optimize existing workflows.

• Document the solutions that have been developed and implemented.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

• Collaborate and coordinate with pertinent internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Specialist, or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with or practical experience using ServiceNow.

• Solid understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management principles.

• Knowledge of SIAM (Service Integration and Management).

• Experience or extensive knowledge in automation and AI applications.

• Proficiency in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing existing business and IT processes.

• Ability to identify manual and repetitive workflows and derive appropriate improvement opportunities.

• Eagerness to actively participate in daily operations and gain hands-on knowledge of existing processes.

• Strong analytical abilities and a quick grasp of new concepts.

• Independent, organized, and solution-focused working style.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in integrating automation or AI solutions into current system landscapes is a plus.

• Background in process optimization and measuring efficiency gains is advantageous.

• Fluent in both German and English.
