Business Analyst – Automation, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in daily operations to acquire practical experience with current processes, systems, and challenges.

• Evaluate, organize, and document the present workflows and business processes.

• Identify and prioritize tasks that are manual, repetitive, and suitable for automation.

• Create and implement appropriate automation and AI solutions.

• Integrate new solutions into existing systems and processes.

• Assess and quantify the resulting efficiency improvements and workload reductions.

• Continuously enhance and refine existing workflows.

• Document the solutions that have been developed and executed.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

• Collaborate and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Specialist, or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with or practical experience in ServiceNow.

• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management.

• Knowledge of SIAM (Service Integration and Management).

• Experience or deep knowledge in automation and the application of AI.

• Proven experience in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing existing business and IT processes.

• Ability to identify manual and repetitive workflows and recognize suitable opportunities for enhancement.

• Willingness to engage actively with daily operations and gain hands-on insight into existing processes.

• Strong analytical abilities and a quick comprehension of new concepts.

• Independent, organized, and solution-focused working style.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Experience in integrating automation or AI solutions into existing system landscapes is a plus.

• Experience with process optimization and measuring efficiency gains is an advantage.
