Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine, assess, and contrast responses produced by various AI chatbots.

• Measure chatbot replies against established criteria, such as accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, consistency, and overall quality.

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear evaluation guidelines.

• Perform structured assessments and deliver objective, evidence-based evaluations.

• Review workflows, processes, and data to pinpoint gaps, inconsistencies, and areas needing enhancement.

• Create reports, summaries, and supporting documents that convey evaluation results.

• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and address assessment-related inquiries.

• Monitor task progress, quality metrics, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

• Identify recurring issues in chatbot responses and provide actionable insights.

• Uphold accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and documentation throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical position.

• Strong analytical capabilities, alongside adept problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other similar analytical tools.

• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.

• Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong ability to make consistent, objective evaluations.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.

• Candidates must reside in the United States.

• Availability for 8 hours daily, five days a week, including at least 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time.

• Willingness to work weekends as required, with two weekdays off each week.
