Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business workflows, requirements, and financial management protocols.

• Assist in the interpretation and implementation of DoD FMR or similar financial regulations.

• Create and maintain business documentation, reports, presentations, and process records.

• Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and requirements to stakeholders.

• Employ Microsoft Office applications to assess information and generate professional deliverables.

• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ascertain business needs and propose effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Secret clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a business analyst.

• Documented experience with the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) or a similar federal financial management regulation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting DoD, federal government, or government contracting entities.

• Preferred: Knowledge of federal financial management processes, policies, and controls.

• Preferred: Experience in developing business requirements, process documentation, and analytical reports.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
