Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Collect, validate, and document business requirements through engagement and collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.

• Convert business requirements into development-ready tasks by analyzing system capabilities and suggesting effective solutions.

• Model and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and product value.

• Identify risks, opportunities, and the impacts of both existing and proposed solutions.

• Develop clear and concise functional specifications, translating complex technical concepts into accessible language for the broader team.

• Assist clients in defining their needs in response to changing business or regulatory environments.

• Contribute to planning and coordination efforts, facilitating effective delivery.

• Serve as the link between business requirements and technical delivery teams, ensuring that solutions are user-focused and technically sound.

• Participate in a European gaming technology initiative focused on creating real-money gaming solutions and enhancing an eInstant Games-as-a-Service platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Previous experience within the betting, gambling, or online gaming sectors is essential.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in requirement prioritization, scope management, and assessing solution feasibility.

• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas.

• Business Analyst certification or completion of relevant coursework.

• Interest or practical experience in project management, with the ability to assist in planning, coordination, or delivery tracking.

• Experience with large-scale projects or frameworks such as SAFe, Scaled Scrum, or Lean.

• Familiarity with complex data systems or integration environments.

• A technical background or a degree in Computer Science is an advantage.
