Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collect, validate, and document business requirements by engaging and collaborating with stakeholders and product owners.

• Transform business requirements into development-ready tasks by evaluating system capabilities and suggesting effective solutions.

• Design and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and product value.

• Recognize risks, opportunities, and the impacts of both existing and proposed solutions.

• Produce clear and concise functional specifications, converting technical concepts into understandable language for the broader team.

• Assist clients in articulating their needs in response to changing business or regulatory environments.

• Participate in planning and coordination efforts, promoting effective delivery.

• Serve as the link between business requirements and technical delivery teams, ensuring solutions are user-focused and technically robust.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Prior experience in the betting, gambling, or online gaming sector is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in requirement prioritization, scope management, and assessing solution feasibility.

• Outstanding documentation and communication abilities, with a talent for articulating complex ideas clearly.

• Business Analyst certification or completion of relevant coursework.

• Interest or practical experience in project management, with the ability to aid in planning, coordination, or delivery monitoring.

• Experience with large-scale projects or frameworks such as SAFe, Scaled Scrum, or Lean.

• Familiarity with complex data systems or integration environments.

• A technical background or degree in Computer Science is advantageous.
