This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.
• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions.
• Create User Stories that include clear Given/When/Then Acceptance Criteria addressing functional logic, edge cases, and UI/UX behavior.
• Review and comment on Figma wireframes and user flows to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Facilitate 3 Amigos sessions prior to each sprint.
• Verify that stories fulfill the Definition of Ready before sprint planning.
• Transition requirements to development and QA teams while providing clarification support throughout the sprint.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain traceability of requirements during acceptance testing.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal delivery team.
• Evaluate requests in relation to MVP boundaries and oversee scope changes and post-MVP backlog.
• Conduct client walkthroughs, sprint demonstrations, and UAT sessions.
• Generate status updates, decision logs, and records of scope changes.
• Assess deliverables against acceptance criteria during QA and UAT; identify and track any defects.
• Recognize compliance implications related to CASS, AML, and data privacy.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of BA practices, templates, and workflows.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects, preferably within a product or consultancy setting.
• Proven expertise in writing User Stories, including precise Acceptance Criteria in the Given/When/Then format.
• Strong Agile delivery experience, encompassing Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Established skills in requirements elicitation through workshops, stakeholder interviews, process analysis, and gap identification.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and uphold scope, negotiate phased alternatives, and document decisions effectively.
• Confidently communicate with both non-technical clients and cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Figma, particularly at the review and annotation level.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to independently create client-facing documentation and present clearly under pressure.
• Located in Danang or Hanoi.
