This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders.

• Conduct workshops and discussions to explore solutions and enhancements.

• Develop functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users during project execution.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.

• Ensure that solutions align with business needs and organizational goals.

• Support the entire solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

• Contribute to initiatives related to ERP, EPM, reporting, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance, Oracle EBS, and emerging technologies.

• Foster relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Candidates should expect to be on-site during their initial months, particularly those who are less experienced IT Business Analysts.
