• Foster relationships among business and technology teams to establish a mutual understanding.

• Involve stakeholders early to recognize needs, shape direction, and facilitate successful outcomes.

• Investigate, assess, and validate business needs.

• Articulate problem statements and desired outcomes utilizing structured Business Analysis techniques.

• Specify and document business needs, requirements, and solution scope.

• Ensure that requirements are clear, testable, and traceable from business need to delivered value.

• Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), architects, and engineering teams to develop effective solutions.

• Assist in delivery throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Aid in measuring benefits and showcasing the value delivered.

• Implement consistent Business Analysis frameworks, standards, and methodologies.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Business Analysis practice and community.
