This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership of comprehensive business analysis throughout the engagement.
• Gather, assess, and organize requirements from business, regulatory, and technical stakeholders.
• Convert client goals into precise, actionable specifications.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and business objectives.
• Evaluate existing systems, processes, and data flows.
• Design and document system integrations, dependencies, risks, and impacts of changes.
• Create and maintain business and solution documentation, including business requirements, functional and technical specifications, process models, and user stories.
• Lead workshops and discussions with business, IT, and client stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Verify that delivered solutions meet the requirements and deliver the intended business value.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues during implementation.
• Act as the liaison for the team with client stakeholders regarding day-to-day analysis matters.
• Elevate strategic or scope-related decisions to the Product Manager.
• Plan and execute analysis tasks within an Agile delivery framework.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems/Information Analyst role.
• Background in financial services, including banking, lending, or related fields.
• Strong structured and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal, with stakeholders.
• Proficient in requirements modeling and documentation, including BPMN and/or UML.
• Working knowledge of SQL and general data literacy.
• Experience in system/integration analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to established team standards and practices.
