Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect, document, and analyze business and user requirements from both internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Assist in coordinating product implementations, onboarding processes, and go-live events for new clients.

• Keep project plans, trackers, and status reports updated; proactively identify risks and blockers.

• Help in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and work items within Azure DevOps.

• Act as a liaison between engineering, product, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment of priorities and timelines.

• Create client-facing documentation such as release notes, user guides, and training materials.

• Facilitate CRM and ticket management workflows utilizing HubSpot and Azure DevOps.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving processes within operations and delivery.

• Participate in client calls and internal stand-ups, documenting actions and following up on results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or operations support roles; internships and placements are considered.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to interpret technical details and convey them in clear, client-friendly language.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello.

• Proficient in working with data, interpreting spreadsheets, identifying trends, and summarizing insights.

• Team-oriented mindset with a readiness to learn in a dynamic startup environment.

• Ability to work remotely while aligning with UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).

• Experience in the software, SaaS, or technology sectors is preferred.

• Understanding of Scrum or Kanban methodologies is advantageous.

• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

• Knowledge of product development lifecycles and stakeholder management is beneficial.

• Experience in creating user-facing documentation, guides, or training materials is desirable.

• Formal qualifications are not mandatory; practical skills and experience are prioritized.
