Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with an implementation manager to develop requirements documentation and convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Support the implementation process, which includes documenting requirements, gathering information, designing implementations, conducting UAT testing, managing issues, and handling change requests.

• Transform intricate business requirements into scalable, value-oriented solutions that align with Onit’s platform.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Project Management, and Client Success teams to guarantee that deliverables meet the defined scope and client needs, and are completed on time and within budget.

• Facilitate comprehensive solution delivery, covering implementations, integrations, data migrations, and system configurations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, conducting discovery sessions, and pinpointing opportunities for process optimization.

• Ensure high-quality delivery by validating, troubleshooting, and adhering to industry best practices.

• Cultivate strong client relationships through promptness, professionalism, and proactive communication.

• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, innovation, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Assist in ensuring that customers become positive references for prospective clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the realms of enterprise software, SaaS, professional services, consulting, or a comparable setting.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may also be taken into account.

• Capability to swiftly grasp business requirements and expectations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals.

• Ability to collaborate with teams across different geographical locations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation practices.

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
