Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that solutions are in line with organizational objectives

• Facilitate user adoption of new systems

• Lead process enhancements across technology projects, investment banking, and supply chain operations

• Provide support for various essential business initiatives

• Utilize business analysis expertise across multiple domains

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related discipline

• Strong grasp of project management principles

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation

• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools such as Power BI

• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Preferred: Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

• Preferred: Understanding of investment banking operations

• Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications

• Preferred: Experience with UX research methodologies

• Preferred: Knowledge of supply chain processes
