Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage assigned projects from their inception to their conclusion.

• Ensure that timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are achieved.

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Collect, document, and convert business and technical requirements into practical implementation plans.

• Evaluate the effects of proposed changes and offer operational suggestions.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations.

• Organize meetings, maintain clear communication, and create project documentation.

• Analyze workflows and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing system capabilities, and improving service delivery.

• Provide expert knowledge on the products and systems being supported.

• Mentor less experienced team members, share knowledge, and encourage continuous learning.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordination, or a Business Analyst role is preferred.

• Experience in managing projects, including presentations, meetings, communications, and tracking progress from start to finish is preferred.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capability to work remotely in a virtual home-office setting.

• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices.

• Willingness to travel by air, vehicle, or train as needed.
