Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client requirements-gathering sessions to identify solution needs, business processes, and technical specifications.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and perform process mapping.

• Serve as Product Owner for client solution development initiatives and MicroAge solution templates.

• Oversee backlogs, establish priorities, and manage solution lifecycles.

• Lead solution validation efforts, including test strategy formulation, test case development, UAT facilitation, defect triage, and readiness reviews for go-live.

• Assist clients in automation, digital transformation, and envisioning AI-driven solutions.

• Offer guidance on technology adoption, process optimization, and the feasibility of solutions.

• Conduct discovery sessions, pinpoint high-value use cases, and create solution roadmaps.

• Train and advise Account Executives and Pre-Sales teams on promoting the consulting practice.

• Create sales training materials, playbooks, messaging frameworks, value propositions, proposal content, and demonstrations.

• Collaborate with project managers on timelines, client expectations, resource coordination, planning, and risk management.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

• Provide post-implementation support, including client training, user documentation, adoption materials, and ongoing assistance.

• Maintain and enhance solution templates, discovery artifacts, implementation accelerators, training materials, and documentation.

• Collaborate with practice leaders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions remain technically relevant, repeatable, scalable, and commercially viable.

• Assess sales readiness, including pricing guidance, deliverables, value propositions, presentations, demonstrations, and collateral.

• Manage the lifecycle of solution templates from ideation to launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Solution Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role.

• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Purview is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences.

• Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solution envisioning is advantageous.

• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
