Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess and interpret banking needs for bank IT systems.

• Develop functional concepts and detailed specifications.

• Independently evaluate and align business requirements with clients, Product Owners, and software development teams.

• Generate user stories.

• Perform feature testing during sprint reviews and acceptance testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in software development projects.

• Expertise in banking, preferably within the SEPA/payments sector.

• Proven experience with agile projects utilizing Scrum methodology.

• Background in crafting user stories and functional concepts.

• Skilled in creating test cases and executing tests.

• Proficient in MS Office, Confluence, and Jira.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional analytical thinking and methodological skills.
