Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Gather and enhance business requirements for AI-driven workflows, platforms, and digital tools.

• Conduct interviews with partners, map business processes, and perform gap analysis.

• Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications, and user stories complete with acceptance criteria.

• Ensure version-controlled documentation and maintain traceability throughout the development lifecycle.

• Evaluate workflows across strategy, creative, and compliance functions to uncover opportunities for AI automation and increased efficiency.

• Develop visual process models, user flows, and data maps utilizing Miro or Lucidchart.

• Assist in designing future-state processes and prioritize areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with legal, data, and security teams to address regulatory standards, data privacy, and retention policies.

• Create risk assessments, control matrices, and compliance documentation.

• Integrate auditability and traceability within platform workflows.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating end-user validation, and documenting results.

• Evaluate defects, revise requirements, and finalize release documentation.

• Monitor feature readiness, prepare for go-live, and manage change activities.

• Collect metrics on user adoption, workflow efficiency, and platform performance.

• Assist in building dashboard logic with Power BI or Excel.

• Present findings to foster continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis.

• Proven experience in documenting requirements and working collaboratively with product, engineering, and QA teams.

• Background in supporting digital or platform-based product development in AI, SaaS, or workflow automation projects.

• Expertise in creating BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scripts.

• Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

• Experience with Miro or Lucidchart.

• Ability to engage with diverse partners across product, legal, technology, and operations domains.

• Skill in translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
