Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze and understand functional and business requirements related to client and partner management.

• Define, document, and refine User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Refinements, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, testers, architects, and other stakeholders to accurately define requirements.

• Conduct impact analysis on new functionalities, regulatory changes, incidents, and technical evolutions.

• Support the functional transformation of Partner entities (Org and BGB) towards models treated as Customers.

• Ensure traceability between business needs, functional requirements, and technological solutions.

• Engage in functional enhancements, technological updates, resolution of vulnerabilities, and regulatory projects.

• Facilitate communication among internationally distributed teams and ensure functional alignment throughout the development cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects within banking or financial environments.

• Experience in functional impact analysis.

• Ability to create and maintain functional and business documentation.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• High level of English (minimum B2-C1).

• Intermediate/high level of German, considered a plus for interaction with international stakeholders.

• Knowledge of regulatory processes in the financial sector (desired).

• Experience with Jira or similar Agile management tools (desired).

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to research, analyze, and understand complex processes.

• Capability to manage and facilitate business meetings with various stakeholders.

• Effective communication skills.
