Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and provide recommendations to enhance business processes.

• Assist clients in achieving their technological goals.

• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define, track, and communicate business requirements and their expected outcomes.

• Develop foundational conceptual data and process models.

• Create, execute, or assess fundamental test scenarios to validate client requirements in system design.

• Engage in technical reviews and inspections to ensure that the purpose of changes is effectively implemented throughout every phase of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in converting technical goals and requirements into actionable plans for clients.

• Familiarity with basic computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tools for performing quantitative analysis.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in business process re-engineering.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to inspire others to take action and convey key technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
