Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Compile, manage, and disseminate daily posting reports along with posting status updates.

• Conduct posting research and reconciliation of payments.

• Investigate and assist in resolving issues related to missing checks.

• Identify and relay opportunities for process enhancements.

• Evaluate performance against established process standards.

• A bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of three years of experience in data analysis.

• Proficient in SQL, including the ability to write and utilize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation for analytical purposes.

• Capable of managing projects and tasks effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Skilled in clear communication and able to work collaboratively across teams to deliver results and support clients.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Must reside within the United States.
