Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee workstreams and teams on IT initiatives to ensure alignment of solutions with client business goals.

• Act as a subject matter expert and intermediary for clients, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical staff.

• Convert requirements into tangible outcomes.

• Distribute tasks among teams while mentoring and supervising project team members.

• Strategize, design, and enhance intricate business processes and modifications.

• Optimize workflows across client and technical teams.

• Identify, document, and manage the implementation of system requirements.

• Facilitate quality assurance by reviewing and validating test outcomes.

• Ensure all requirements have been satisfied.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of nine years of experience as a business analyst or 'requirements translator' between technical and non-technical teams.

• At least three years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare is preferred.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel features such as macros and/or relational database software.

• Capability to effectively and succinctly convey technical requirements to a non-technical audience.

• Experience with business processes and process re-engineering.

• A strong desire to tackle complex problems coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients and team members.

• A compassionate team leader who inspires and mentors less experienced colleagues.
