📋 Description

• Evaluate trends in claims processing and productivity outcomes

• Provide suggestions for enhancing business processes and aligning with clients' technological goals

• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to support Claims Operations

• Offer actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis

• Connect clients, project managers, and technical staff to outline, monitor, and convey business requirements and anticipated effects

• Develop basic conceptual models for data and processes

• Engage in technical reviews and inspections to ensure that the intent of changes is executed throughout each phase of the project

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics, healthcare operations, or claims processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as Pivot Tables and formulas

• Skilled in creating operational dashboards and management reports

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities

• Candidates must be based in California

• Video cameras are required for all interviews and during the first week of orientation
