Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily sprints, monitor progress across teams, manage tasks, and assist in facilitating Scrum of Scrums synchronization.

• Conduct technical research on tools, integrations, frameworks, and methodologies to aid team decision-making.

• Develop and maintain primarily Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, test APIs, or create prototypes for solutions.

• Organize, analyze, and present data using advanced Excel features, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and structured data sets.

• Provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, create meeting summaries, and coordinate cross-functional tasks.

• Assist executive and technical leadership by integrating technical project management, research, and daily administrative operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong command of Python and analytics.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles and project tracking tools such as Zoho Sprints, Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data manipulation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

• Ability to draft documents intended for leadership and external partners.

• Consistently produces accurate work with structured data and demonstrates diligence in verifying output.

• Capable of working with a manager who is 9.5 hours behind for part of the shift.

• Nice-to-have: experience with generative AI technologies and agentic workflows, including LLM APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

• Nice-to-have: practical experience with the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Sprints, Show, or Analytics.
