Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement intricate, multi-step automations using n8n, integrating with internal financial databases, Salesforce/HubSpot, and banking APIs.

• Develop autonomous AI agents utilizing the Gemini API for OCR document extraction, financial sentiment analysis, and automated report generation.

• Establish robust error handling, retries, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure workflows do not fail silently.

• Guarantee that automations comply with stringent financial data privacy regulations, including encryption and secure credential management.

• Evaluate current business processes through AI and recommend high-impact automation opportunities to minimize manual tasks.

• Connect financial operations with advanced AI to automate critical steps such as fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and automated customer research.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating and troubleshooting production-level workflows in n8n, including custom nodes and JavaScript function nodes.

• In-depth knowledge of Google Gemini or other Large Language Models, particularly in prompt engineering and tool-calling functionalities.

• Extensive experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth2 authentication protocols.

• Proficient in Python or Node.js for crafting custom logic within automation nodes.

• Strong SQL skills for querying and managing financial data across diverse systems.

• Candidates must reside in the Philippines.

• Must be willing to work within the US timezone.

• Must be comfortable using a Time Tracking Application.
