Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements.

• Examine intricate banking and organizational processes, translating them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

• Identify and document processes, interdependencies, and challenges within the Compliance landscape.

• Develop functional concepts and specifications for implementation.

• Define and coordinate test cases while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Foster an agile environment adhering to SAFe principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree from a University of Applied Sciences, advanced professional qualification, or equivalent educational background.

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or Compliance initiatives.

• Strong understanding of banking and organizational processes relevant to the Compliance sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.

• Several years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar capacity.

• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements.

• Clean background and financial history (no debt enforcement proceedings or criminal convictions).

• Proficient in both German and English.
