📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from banks, encompassing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

• Facilitate collaboration with VRNW and banks to uphold and enhance the quality of FAQ content within the CMS.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement requirements and integrate the FAQ bot.

• Evaluate user behavior and feedback to consistently enhance user experience, response quality, and accuracy.

• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders while preparing project status reports.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of releases, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements within the banking environment.

• Contribute to an agile project setting utilizing Scrum methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.

• Familiarity with chatbots, conversational AI, or FAQ systems is a plus.

• Background in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.

• Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

• Proficient in English with good skills in German.
