Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients as a vital member of the project team.

• Set up Arize to meet customer needs under the direction of the Engagement Leader.

• Suggest system configuration options based on standards in behavioral healthcare.

• Conduct software and integration testing for systems and solutions that have been implemented.

• Address issues that necessitate modifications to existing applications and solutions.

• Document and analyze workflows and processes to uncover business requirements and opportunities for improvement.

• Create new forms and workflows as necessary.

• Collect and evaluate customer business requirements and assist in drafting user requirement documents.

• Assess and troubleshoot the final implementation of systems.

• Offer training and support to end-users during and after the implementation phase.

• Engage in testing application updates and new features for customers.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare informatics, business administration) or equivalent experience that demonstrates clinical expertise.

• Proven background in healthcare IT, business analysis, or a related area.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Robust analytical capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Proactive in anticipating issues and risks, and in developing alternative solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel.

• Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, software development, and/or SaaS environments is preferred.
