Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and analyze business and system requirements throughout the organization.

• Convert requirements into use cases for the internal delivery teams.

• Assess technical solutions from both analytical and non-functional requirements viewpoints.

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and promote an Agile working environment.

• Contribute to operational services.

• Oversee projects from their initiation to completion.

• Conduct business and systems analysis across various systems.

• Document requirements for multiple systems.

• Engage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate requirements workshops with internal participants.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure that requirements are communicated clearly and understood by both internal and external staff.

• Participate in calls with internal teams and clients.

• Assist in creating training materials for various IT systems.

• Apply Domain Driven Design when gathering and documenting requirements for web-based solutions.

• Design and document use cases.

• Proficient in user stories, wireframing, storyboarding, UML, and walkthroughs.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience working at an enterprise level with system application design and development.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and help establish structure.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective planning and organizational skills.

• Capability to work independently or as part of a small team.

• Willingness to take ownership of the solution being developed.

• Competence in performing system and data modeling using UML.
