Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect, assess, and document business and reporting requirements.

• Convert business needs into well-defined functional specifications for BI and analytics projects.

• Work alongside technical teams to establish dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualization needs.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose data-driven solutions.

• Assist in the testing, validation, and successful deployment of BI solutions.

• Help document business processes, workflows, and project specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BI, data analytics, or reporting-related projects.

• Strong skills in requirement gathering and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Solid understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis principles.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to bridge the divide between business users and technical teams.

• Preferred experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools.

• A background in process analysis and business process improvement is preferred.
