Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Join a pivotal role within a cross-functional agile team.

• Collaborate closely with operations stakeholders to foster innovation in the operational framework.

• Identify necessary IT business solutions and aid in their implementation and prioritization.

• Conduct activities to gather requirements, assess services, utilize both internal and external data, and perform end-user interviews.

• Articulate business processes, including the organizational structures involved.

• Support quality control and project management efforts.

• Recognize individuals and systems affected by both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Work in partnership with the Operations IT Technology team in the Investment Bank and cross-functional specialists to create solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in applying business analysis techniques, ideally within an Agile setting.

• Proficient in interpreting technical requirements and crafting effective solutions.

• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical individuals.

• Capability to build enduring relationships with key stakeholders.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to propose and present various solution options.

• Openness to question and challenge existing priorities and requirements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.

• Value testing at all levels and readiness to assist during user acceptance testing.

• Experience in managing risk in IT projects.

• Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Jira.
