Business Analyst, AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, expectations of stakeholders, and project goals.

• Evaluate multiple chatbot responses and judge their accuracy, relevance, completeness, and alignment with established evaluation criteria.

• Perform structured evaluations and deliver clear, evidence-based final assessments of AI-generated outputs.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, evaluation criteria, and actionable documentation.

• Examine workflows, business processes, and data to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop reports, dashboards, process maps, and other project-related documentation.

• Assist in project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.

• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to aid in informed decision-making.

• Ensure consistent evaluation quality while meeting project deadlines and task completion targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical position.

• Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical and reporting tools.

• Experience in gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, and mapping business processes.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to compare complex information against defined criteria.

• Excellent skills in written communication, reporting, and documentation.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities independently.

• Willingness to work five days a week, including weekends when necessary, with two weekdays off during the project period.
