Business Analyst – AI, Chatbots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for an AI-driven FAQ chatbot.

• Develop and maintain business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking clients to ensure the chatbot content's availability, accuracy, and consistency as managed through the CMS.

• Monitor chatbot interactions and assess user behavior to identify areas for enhancement.

• Work closely with the development team to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Assist in the deployment and integration of the chatbot across banking websites.

• Take part in testing and quality assurance activities to verify the chatbot's functionality, reliability, and performance.

• Evaluate user feedback and consistently enhance the chatbot's user experience.

• Formulate strategies to improve response quality, accuracy, and personalization based on user preferences (e.g., response length, detail level, language).

• Effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation.

• Assist in release planning and deployment activities while ensuring adherence to financial industry regulations and governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

• Proficient in German (mandatory).

• Good command of English.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and use cases.

• Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions is essential.

• Knowledge of AI-powered chatbots, conversational interfaces, or LLM-based applications.

• Experience with content management and chatbot optimization is a plus.

• Nice to have: previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms.

• Understanding of AI chatbot implementation and release management in regulated environments.
